DASAC: WHO ARE WE


We are a group of professionally trained, qualified and supervised counsellors and psychotherapists. We are committed to providing appropriate, professional counselling/therapeuthic services to men and women who are survivor of abuse.

Including:

  • Domestic violence
  • Sexual abuse or Rape
  • Survivors of childhood sexual abuse


We also provide support and counselling to children who have been affected by domestic violence, sexual abuse or rape.

OUR AIM

We work with adults, adolescents, children, who are enduring emotional and mental health difficulties, due to domestic violence and sexual abuse or rape. Through a relationship of trust and safety, we help them recover from their distress, pain or trauma. Motivating them to find ways in which they are more able to manage their lives and improve their relationships; feel better about themselves, and have hope for their future.

 

POLICY

DASAC works in accordance with child protection and safeguarding policy, which protects the children from abuse, discrimination and harm of any kind, be it physical, sexual, emotional or neglect.

All DASAC staffs are CRB checked, and counseling is offered to children within a safe environment.
